Terms of Service

Last updated: September 12, 2026

These Terms govern your purchase of a sponsorship spot ("Spot") on the "Sponsor My Dress" campaign ("Campaign") operated by Vanshu ("I", "me", "the Creator") ahead of TOKEN2049 Singapore, October 7–8, 2026.

What you're buying

Each Spot corresponds to a specific numbered position on a dress that I will wear for the full event day at TOKEN2049 Singapore on October 7, 2026. Purchasing a Spot includes:

  • Your brand's logo printed on the dress at the purchased position
  • One short-form video and one long-form video featuring the dress, posted publicly from the event day
  • Mention on the appreciation/thank-you post from my account (@vanshueth)
  • Visibility to attendees, founders, investors, and builders at the event

The "Mega Spot" additionally includes one dedicated standalone content piece and guaranteed placement in the event recap video thumbnail, as described on the site.

Takeover mechanic

Once a Spot is sold, another sponsor may "take over" that Spot by paying double the most recent sale price. If your Spot is taken over, you will be notified by email and refunded in full (minus payment processing fees) for your original payment. Each subsequent takeover of the same Spot doubles the price again from the last sale price.

Fundraising goal and refunds

This Campaign has a total fundraising goal of $9,200 (the combined value of all 13 Spots). If this goal is not reached and I do not attend TOKEN2049 Singapore as a result, every sponsor who has purchased a Spot (and not already been refunded via takeover) will receive a full refund of their payment, minus payment processing fees. See the Refund Policy for details.

That said, the $9,200 goal is not a hard threshold: depending on the situation, I may still attend TOKEN2049 even if the Campaign raises less (for example, around $3,000) — in which case all purchases remain valid and no refunds are owed under this clause. Any decision to cancel the trip and trigger the full-refund guarantee will be announced clearly and in good faith.

Sponsor responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a logo file and brand information that you have the legal right to use and display publicly. See the Content & Listing Moderation Policy for restrictions on what may be submitted.

If your submission infringes someone else's rights — for example, another company's logo or brand — you are solely responsible for any resulting claim, including a defamation or trademark case brought by that company; the Creator is not liable. I review every logo manually and will promptly remove any logo reported or discovered to infringe third-party rights.

Campaign end date

Sales currently end September 15, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Depending on demand, I may extend the sales end date by up to 7 days — no later than September 22, 2026 at 00:00 UTC. Any extension will be announced on the site before the original end date, and purchases made before an extension remain valid on the same terms.

Payment

Payments are processed via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) or via USDC cryptocurrency payment. All prices are listed in USD; card payments may be settled in INR at the prevailing conversion rate at time of payment.

Limitation of liability

While I will make good-faith efforts to deliver all Campaign deliverables as described, I am an individual creator, not a company, and cannot guarantee specific engagement, reach, or business outcomes from sponsorship. My liability for any issue arising from this Campaign is limited to the amount you paid for your Spot.

Changes to these Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
