Refund Policy

This Campaign has a fundraising goal of $9,200. If I decide not to attend TOKEN2049 Singapore and the Campaign is called off, every sponsor will be refunded in full, minus payment processing fees, no questions asked — regardless of how much was raised. Refunds in this case will be processed to the original payment method (card refund via Razorpay, or return of USDC to the sending wallet address) within 7 business days of the Campaign being called off.

"Minus payment processing fees" means the card gateway charges withheld by Razorpay, or the USDC network (gas) fees — those are kept by the payment providers and cannot be recovered, so they are deducted from every refund on this page. Everything else comes back to you.

Note that the goal is not a hard threshold: depending on the situation, I may still attend even with a smaller total (for example, around $3,000). If the event happens, all purchases remain valid and deliverables apply as described in the Terms of Service.

If your Spot is taken over by another sponsor paying a higher price (see Terms of Service), you will automatically receive a full refund of your original payment, minus payment processing fees, to your original payment method within 7 business days of the takeover.

Because Spots are limited (13 total) and immediately begin production (logo added to print files) once purchased, refunds are not available simply for changing your mind after a Spot is confirmed and not taken over. Spots removed for violating the Content Policy (sexually explicit, hateful, infringing, or misleading content) are not eligible for a refund. If you have a genuine issue with your order, contact @vanshueth on X and I'll work with you directly to resolve it.

In the rare case that the event itself is cancelled or I am unable to attend for reasons genuinely outside my control (e.g. medical emergency, denied entry, etc.), sponsors will be offered either a full refund (minus payment processing fees) or the option to have their logo featured in equivalent alternative content, at the sponsor's choice.
