Refund Policy

This Campaign has a fundraising goal of $9,200. If that goal is not reached by September 23, 2026 (two weeks before the event) and I am therefore unable to attend TOKEN2049 Singapore, every sponsor will be refunded in full, no questions asked. Refunds in this case will be processed to the original payment method (card refund via Razorpay, or return of USDC to the sending wallet address) within 7 business days of the Campaign being called off.

If your Spot is taken over by another sponsor paying a higher price (see Terms of Service), you will automatically receive a full refund of your original payment to your original payment method within 7 business days of the takeover.

Because Spots are limited (13 total) and immediately begin production (logo added to print files) once purchased, refunds are not available simply for changing your mind after a Spot is confirmed and not taken over. If you have a genuine issue with your order, contact @vanshueth on X and I'll work with you directly to resolve it.

In the rare case that the event itself is cancelled or I am unable to attend for reasons genuinely outside my control (e.g. medical emergency, denied entry, etc.), sponsors will be offered either a full refund or the option to have their logo featured in equivalent alternative content, at the sponsor's choice.
