Content & Listing Moderation Policy

To keep this Campaign safe, legal, and appropriate for a public crypto conference, the following applies to any logo, brand name, or content submitted for a Spot.
What's not allowed
I reserve the right to refuse, remove, or request changes to any submission that:
- Is illegal in India, Singapore, or the sponsor's home jurisdiction
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or violence
- Contains sexually explicit or adult content
- Promotes scams, known fraudulent projects, or content designed to mislead (e.g. impersonating another real brand or project)
- Infringes on someone else's trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
- Is unrelated to the sponsor's actual brand (e.g. submitting unrelated or shock content instead of an actual logo)
Review process
Every logo/brand submission is reviewed manually by me before it's added to the print file. If your submission is rejected, I will contact you to request a compliant alternative before your Spot purchase is finalized. If no compliant alternative is provided within a reasonable timeframe, you will be offered a full refund.
Sponsor's responsibility
By submitting a logo or brand name, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use and publicly display that content, and that it accurately represents a real, legitimate brand or project.
