Privacy Policy

When you purchase a Spot, I collect:

• Your brand/company name
• Your email address (for payment receipt, Spot confirmation, and takeover notifications if applicable)
• Your logo file (uploaded for print production)
• Payment information — this is processed directly by Razorpay or the crypto payment provider; I do not store your card details or wallet private keys at any point

I also collect basic, non-identifying site analytics (e.g. visitor counts, pages viewed) to understand how the Campaign page is performing.

• To fulfil your order (print your logo, confirm your Spot, deliver the agreed content)
• To contact you about your Spot (confirmations, takeover notices, refund notices)
• To display your brand name/logo publicly on the site and on the dress itself, as part of the sponsorship you purchased

I do not sell your information to third parties. I do not use your email for marketing beyond communication directly related to your Spot purchase, unless you separately opt in.

Order and Spot data is stored securely via Supabase. Payment processing and any associated data handling is governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy and, for crypto payments, the applicable payment provider's policy.

You can request a copy of the information I hold about you, or request its deletion (except where I'm required to retain payment records for legal/tax purposes), by messaging @vanshueth on X.
